6. International Shipping, Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Our products are shipped internationally from outside your country of residence.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your shipment may be subject to customs inspections.
  • Import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may apply.
  • These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority.

Failure to pay required import charges may result in your package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for reimbursing import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or similar taxes collected by customs authorities.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage caused by misuse or external events.

is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
